Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ezoclean. The following terms and conditions apply to all the services provided to our customers. Please read this agreement carefully, as your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms. All items provided to the company for cleaning or repair will be referred to as "articles" in this agreement.This agreement is strictly between the company and the customer and does not establish any rights or responsibilities with third parties. By using the company’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Service and Liability Disclaimer

  1. We handle most garments, linens, and fabrics with the utmost care; however, due to the nature of certain materials or hidden defects, there is a possibility of discoloration or shrinkage. Such items are accepted for cleaning at the owner’s risk, and the company does not accept responsibility for any resulting issues.

  2. The company strives to maintain high standards for washing, drying, and folding. However, due to time constraints, we do not review individual care labels. The company is not responsible for garments labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” that may be adversely affected in our cleaning process.

  3. The company is not liable for damages to special care items or delicate articles that may require unique handling, nor for items that may experience color loss or transfer during cleaning.

  4. The company will hold articles for a period of 30 days. After this period, any discounts provided at pickup will be removed, and storage fees of 12% per month on the total invoice amount will apply. Articles unclaimed after three months may be disposed of or sold by the company to cover billed charges.

  5. The company reserves the right to refuse the cleaning of any article based on its condition, material, or other factors.

  6. While we strive for thorough stain removal, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed and will be attempted at the customer’s risk.

  7. The company is not responsible for any personal items left in articles, such as money, jewelry, or other belongings. Customers are advised to check all articles for such items before handing them over to the company.

  8. In the rare event of loss or damage, the company may offer reimbursement of up to three (3) times the processing (laundry) cost. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the company and will be provided in the form of service credits only, provided the customer can produce relevant bills.

  9. Customers are asked to verify the article’s count and condition upon delivery. The company will not be liable for claims of missing items after the delivery has been accepted and signed for by the customer.

  10. The company offers a 7-day warranty from the delivery date for quality-related issues with washing (provided the article has not been used post-service). Quality claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

  11. Free pickup and delivery within a 3 km radius of our location for all laundry orders.

  12. The company shall not be held liable for any jewelry, ornaments, or decorative fittings attached to garments.

  13. Customers should examine articles for any damage at the time of delivery. Claims for damage or defects made after delivery will not be considered.

  14. The company is not liable for loss, damage, or delays due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, or other unforeseen causes beyond its control.

  15. Certain articles or processes may require additional time for completion. Claims or deductions on the billed amount due to delays will not be accepted.

Payment and Fees

  1. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and online payments.

  2. Unpaid items will not be returned until payment is received.

  3. We reserve the right to apply late fees for overdue payments.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  1. Any extra amount paid by a customer for a retail order may be refunded upon request.

  2. Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the actual pickup without incurring cancellation charges.

  3. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, the cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of the article pickup.

  4. Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms
